Support and Response

Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate content, approvals, and access details when needed
- Maintain valid payment details for active recurring services
- Ensure any third-party licences, subscriptions, or assets are valid
- Notify us promptly of issues, access changes, or suspected security concerns
Exclusions
Unless specifically included in writing, maintenance services do not cover full redesigns, major development work, complex integrations, recovery from client-caused damage, or third-party outages beyond our control.
Additional work outside the scope of the maintenance plan may be quoted separately.
