Monthly plans: Managed website plans, hosting, maintenance, SEO retainers, AI staffing, and similar recurring services are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you cancel, your service will remain active until the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed.


One-time projects: Deposits and payments for one-time work such as website builds, redesigns, audits, setup services, or technical implementation are non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled before work begins, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion, less any administrative or third-party costs already committed.

We review refund requests in good faith and aim to resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
